1. - Attention Stance, REI,
2. - Step out into Nai Hanchi Stance, Double Downward Forearm Blocks (clearing blocks),
3. - Look right, move left foot into full Crossed Leg Stance, Double Side Elbow Strikes,
4. - Shift right foot out into Nai Hanchi Stance, combination Right Forearm Block (palm out) with Left Hook Punch,
5. - Shift right into Crossed Leg Stance while looking front, Right Outside Forearm Block with left assist,
6. - Shift right into Nai Hanchi Stance looking right, Right Inside Forearm Block with left augment,
7. - Look left, move left into Crossed Leg Stance, Double Side Elbow Strikes,
8. - Shift left into Nai Hanchi Stance, combination Left Forearm Block (palm out) with Right Hook Punch,
9. - Shift left into Crossed Leg Stance while looking front, Left Outside Forearm Block to front with right assist,
10. - Shift left into Nai Hanchi Stance looking left, Left Inside Forearm Block with right augment,
11. - Look front, left on-guard position (left hand open / right fist),
12. - Right Downward Forearm Block (palm up) at 45 degrees with left augment,
13. - Right Leg Lift with right on-guard (right fist / left oppen on top), Right Elbow to front with left assist, KIAI,
14. - Look right, drop right elbow to side then execute Right Inside Knife Hand Block to right side,
15. - Left Hook Punch cross body,
16. - Step right out into Crossed Leg Stance,
