- Step out into Nai Hanchi Stance, Double Downward Forearm Blocks (clearing blocks),
- Look right, move left foot into full Crossed Leg Stance, Double Side Elbow Strikes,
- Shift right foot out into Nai Hanchi Stance, combination Right Forearm Block (palm out) with Left Hook Punch,
- Shift right into Crossed Leg Stance while looking front, Right Outside Forearm Block with left assist,
- Shift right into Nai Hanchi Stance looking right, Right Inside Forearm Block with left augment,
- Look left, move left into Crossed Leg Stance, Double Side Elbow Strikes,
- Shift left into Nai Hanchi Stance, combination Left Forearm Block (palm out) with Right Hook Punch,
- Shift left into Crossed Leg Stance while looking front, Left Outside Forearm Block to front with right assist,
- Shift left into Nai Hanchi Stance looking left, Left Inside Forearm Block with right augment,
