- Step up onto Attentions Stance, combination Double Blocks (2 sets),
- Pivoting on left foot shift back into Right Cat Stance, Right Inside Forearm Block,
- Step up into Attention Stance, combination Double Blocks (2 sets),
- Pivoting on right foot step out left into Left Seisan Stance, Left Augmented Inside Forearm Block,
- Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, Left Clear, Right Spear Hand to solar plexus (SP),
- Pivoting on right foot turn left 360 degrees into Left Seisan Stance, Left Downward Forearm Block,
- Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, Right Punch to SP,
- Step forward into Left Seisan Stance, Left Punch to SP,
- Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, Right Punch to SP,
