- Shift out on left foot and bring right foot to left into On-guard Position facing front, slow Left Cross body Punch with breath,
- Shift out into Right Cat Stance, Right Inside Forearm Block, Left Cross Body Punch,
- Shift out on right foot and bring left foot to right into On-guard Position facing front, slow Right Cross Body Punch with breath,
