- Step forward into Left Seisan Stance, Left Upward Closed Tunfa Block,
- Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, Right Punch with Tunfa, Right Open Bladed Strikes (diagional upward, diagional downward, downward and upward),
- Step forward into Left Seisan Stance, Left Punch with Tunfa, Left Open Bladed Swings (diagional upward, diagional downward, downward and upward),
- Step forward into Right Seisan Stance, Right Punch with Tunfa, Right Open Bladed Swings (diagional upward, diagional downward, downward and upward),
- Step forward into Left Seisan Stance, Left Punch with Tunfa, Left Open Bladed Swings (diagional upward, diagional downward, downward and upward),
